Following the original tradition, the Campedelli family does not produce any Ripasso.cultivated by the family-run Marion estate are approximately 15, planted on limestone soils characterized by an abundant presence of skeleton. Within their vineyards, the Campedelli family sustainably cultivates the traditional varieties Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella, as well as Teroldego and the famous international grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon. Both the agronomic management and the winemaking approach are handled with a meticulous attention, aimed at maximizing the quality of each phase of the production process. The vinifications are carried out in a rather traditional manner, with prolonged drying of the grapes intended for Amarone, while the long aging takes place mostly in 30-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels.
