This Cabernet Sauvignon is made from the grapes of the eponymous international varietal, present in Veneto since 1870, and has since been widely cultivated throughout the region. Giorgio Cecchetto cultivates it in vineyards located near Motta di Livenza, within soils rich in "caranto." The bunches, immediately transferred to the winery's vinification facilities after manual harvesting, are destemmed, and the best berries are sent for pressing. The must ferments in stainless steel containers, macerating on the skins for a total of 10 days.
