De Chardonnay van Marjan Simcic is een gemacereerde witte wijn die meer dan 20 maanden in eiken vaten van verschillende maten heeft gerijpt. Met een intense, geconcentreerde karakter, met aroma's van exotisch en wit fruit, gemalen amandel en aangename zeebries. In de mond is hij zeer fris, rijk, sappig en romig bij de slok.
The Chardonnay Simcic reveals itself in the glass with an intense yellow hue edged with golden reflections. A nose of great opulence and definition, where notes of pineapple and banana first appear, followed by hints of apple and subsequently nuances of dried fruit and saline puffs. The sip is filling, the liquid takes possession of the palate and coats it due to its soft and enveloping texture. Never dull and tired, sapidity and slight tannic friction significantly elongate the sip and invigorate it. Great craftsmanship and great bottle!
