The Vermentino "Stellato" by Pala is a great Vermentino, endowed with remarkable aromatic intensity and persistence. Produced by the Pala winery, the Stellato represents the flagship of a beautiful winery, active since 1950. The company was founded by Mario Pala's father, who is now at the helm of the winery, and within a few years managed to make the winery, in just a decade, one of the most interesting realities on the island. Pala's certainly well-judged choice has been to maintain a strong and unaltered bond with its territory, managing to create wines that are the perfect representation of Sardinia.
The Vermentino "Stellato" by Pala fully reflects the company's philosophy: to produce quality wines while respecting the environment, the winemaking traditions of Sardinia, and the family, striving to pay extreme attention to every winemaking process.
